The service

VocaFlare Exam offers practice tests for exam preparation: timed solving, an answer sheet, a solution for every question and a score. Some tests are free, others are bought one by one.

Not an official exam

Tests and results are not official exam results and are not valid at any institution. Questions are original; the exam's format and difficulty are used as a model. Your score does not guarantee your score in the real exam.

Account

You can take a free test without an account. Buying and the result record require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

Purchases

When you buy a test you get lifetime access to it and can retake it as often as you like. Sales go through our payment partner, acting as seller of record. Prices and taxes are shown at checkout. Access is personal and not transferable. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Result record

The result record shows all your attempts in order; a single attempt or test cannot be hidden. You write the display name and it is not verified. Do not present the record in a misleading way, for example as an official exam result.

Acceptable use

• Do not copy, publish, sell or share questions, solutions or tests.
• Do not scrape the site with automated tools.
• Do not share your account.
• Do not try to break, overload or bypass the security of the site.

Intellectual property

Questions, solutions, design and the VocaFlare name belong to us. A purchase gives you a personal right to use the content, not ownership.

Disclaimer

The site and tests are provided "as is". We work to keep content accurate but cannot guarantee it is always complete, error-free or available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages; these terms do not limit rights that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
